Shipping UPS

RPSE uses the UPS online shipping calculator to determine the cost of shipping for US customers. The charges shown for shipping are derived directly from UPS and are not altered in any way by RPSE. It is up to each customer to determine if the delivery will be residential or commercial. If you indicate that your address is commerical and it is in fact residential, you will be responsible for any and all surcharges assessed by the carrier.


Shipping Charge Discrepencies

Products such as grille guards, push bumpers, prisoner partitions and other large items may be shipped directly from the factory. Our store can only calculate the cost of shiping from our facility. Therefore there may be times where the actual cost of shipping is more than calculated in the shopping cart. When this happens, you will be contacted by Customer Service to let you know of the discrepency and what the actual cost will be. You will then have the option to pay the difference or cancel your order.

Shipping USPS

RPSE uses the USPS online shipping calculator to determing the cost of shipping for International as well we as APO and FPO customers. The charges shown for shipping are derived directly from the US Postal Service and are not altered in any way by RPSE. International Shipping

RPSE ships all over the world. Small orders are shipped by DHL and by US Priority Mail.

  • DHL - It is your responsibility to ensure your address is listed correctly. We will not responsible for missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
  • USPS - You may choose between Worldwide and Worldwide Express

For large orders, we have a freight forwarding company that handles the logistics. These shipments usually travel by commercial air or by Fed-Ex. We will do our best to find the lowest rates possible, but we cannot make any guarantees the rates charged will be the lowest. For all international shipments, payment must be tendered up front. For small orders, this can be by credit card, paypal or by wire transfer. For large orders, payment will only be accepted by wire transfer or by letter of credit from a reputable bank.


Returns for warranty replacement:

For continental US customers, if the purchase is within 90 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to RPSE for a warranty replacement or repair. The product will then be sent to the factory for inspection. If it is determined that the product is covered under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discression. If the product has been abused or otherwise damaged, no replacement will be issued an it will be returned at the customer's expense. For all other purchases, please contact the manufacturer for warranty support.

From time to time, we do make mistakes.

If the return is due to an error on the part of Responder PSE, the return must be received in brand new condition, having not been opened nor being used in any way. Failure to follow this policy will result in a minimum restocking fee of 20% to be charged to your account as well as the cost of shipping for the replacement.

RPSE will accept returns for replacement only.

If an item was shipped incorrectly, RPSE will pay for the return shipment, otherwise, the cost of freight, both for the return and the replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer. Once the item(s) is received in brand new condition, a replacement will be issued. There is a minimum restocking fee of 20% for all returns other than for warranty items or for returns due to an error on our part. An RMA must be issued before the return is made. All returns without an RMA will either be returned at the customer's expense or be sold. No credit will be issued nor will any refund be issued without and RMA.

Special / Custom Orders

For special and custom ordered items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will not be accepted.
