Do you have everything in stock?

We maintain a very large selection of inventory. We have a large selection of the products you'll find on our website, in stock. However, with the extensive selection we offer, we cannot possibly have every product in stock. We make every effort to maintain a reasonable stock of the most popular products.

When I place my order, how long can I expect before it is shipped?

Generally, most in stock orders are shipped on the same day the order is received if it is received before 1pm CST. For drop shipments and special orders, times can vary. If you order something that is not currently available, we will contact you and let you know when you can expect to receive your order as well as provide other options. Are you registered in the CCR for Government / Military sales?

Yes. For Government sales, Project Responder PSE is registerd in the CCR. All Military orders are welcomed and payment by EFT is approved. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available. For more information: Government Sales.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We accept purchase orders from bonfide government agencies as well as those firms with whom we have an established business history. If you are an individual member of a department or other government agency and wish to order through the department, you may submit a purchase order provided you also include your request on agency leterhead. All orders placed by P.O. will receive terms of Due on Delivery. Please call if you are purchasing in quantity as we do offer quantity discounts.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes. If you are going to be placing a large order, please contact us for a custom quote. We welcome the opportunity to earn your business.

Will you ship outside of the USA?

Yes. We have sent many parcels to Canada and to numerous customers overseas. All orders outside of the US and Canada are shipped by US Postal Mail. Because insurance is not available through the post office for international orders, once the order is shipped, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.

How can I find out how much it will cost for shipping overseas?

Please add the product(s) you would like to purchase to the online shopping cart. Once you have done so, please begin the checkout process. Before you are prompted for payment information, you will be presented with the  costs for shipping by Priority Mail or by Express Mail Service. You may then continue if the costs are acceptable. International orders may be paid by credit card or by PayPal.

What is your return policy?

Do you accept Paypal?

We accept PayPal for both domestic and foriegn customers.

I would like to become a dealer, can you help me?

Yes. we do offer dealer sales. Please refer to the dealer page for information and an application. As long as you meet the minimum requirements, you may become a reseller.

Do you offer sponsorships?

Generally, the answer is no. However, if you have a project that is truely unique and interesting, you may send your proposal by email for review. The main criteria we're looking for is how visible your project will be in the public safety sector.
